For same day delivery, please order before 2pm.

No overnight delivery or scheduled delivery 

Please note that due to the large volume of orders that need to be delivered every day, we will not be able to meet specific delivery times/time slots. Deliveries will be arranged in batches and will be carried out according to the driver's route. 
All orders will 
be delivered between 9am and 5pm (office deliveries) and 9am and 8pm (residential deliveries). 
If special arrangements are required, please contact us before ordering.

Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Saturday are delivered the same day.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

 This delivery service is available to the areas listed above, for orders sent between 10:00am and 6:00pm, **Unless falling into any of the categories below, please order before 2pm

**Careful planning of delivery routes enables us to do this and treat all customers fairly. Because every customer is important to us, we are unable to offer a free time-specific delivery service, which would require hiring a vehicle and driver to deliver the order separately from other orders. Please note that under the terms of our free delivery offer, orders placed will be delivered to the recipient within these time periods, but not at a specific time. Please note that we also offer a time-specific delivery service, but this is subject to a charge (see below).

Specific time 

*If you need a specific time, you need to place your order 24 hours in advance so that we can arrange it in advance. The specific time is only required between 10am and 10pm.

Please note 

: For orders with a delivery distance of more than 10 km, we will charge an additional fee. 

If the delivery address is less than 10 km from our store, we can deliver at a specific time, but a delivery surcharge will be charged, and the cost and error range will vary. The usual fee details are as follows:

Redelivery failed (more than 1 day)

If the order or any part of the order is perishable (such as flowers or cakes) and redelivery takes more than 24 hours , an additional 70% of the order value plus a surcharge starting from RM20.00 will be charged. We hope you understand that perishable goods cannot be kept for more than 24 hours due to quality considerations.
