By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms

All orders and other requests must be accepted by Yl Florist Story Shop. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion without prior notice. If an order is rejected, we will issue a full refund.

2. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen display will accurately reflect the actual color or details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in [RM]. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices as needed.

4. Orders and Payments

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not indicate that we have accepted your order. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods.

To place an order, you must provide accurate information and payment details. We accept various payment methods listed on the website. By submitting your order, you agree to pay the total amount due.

5. Delivery

We offer delivery to designated areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Pre-order can be canceled for a full refund before 12 PM (noon) three (3) days prior to the estimated delivery date. All refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be issued as a discount voucher valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Same-day orders and on-demand orders will be processed immediately and cannot be canceled. We will do our best to accommodate your requests (such as rescheduling).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Product and Substitution Policy

All products and flowers are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, or if the flowers received from our growers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the absolute discretion to substitute any product with a similar style and comparable (or higher) value and quality without prior notice. Substitutions may include types of flowers, colors, wrapping paper, ribbons, baskets, vases, fruits, and other materials used in our arrangements. If we are unable to provide you with the product or any substitute, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund. Please note that the size, shade, color, and blooming stage of the bouquet may differ from what is shown in the images. Flowers are perishable items and cannot be guaranteed to be perfectly flawless. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers in advance.

9. Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. To ensure optimal security, all payments are securely processed through various payment gateways, such as Ipay88.

If you create an account, your delivery details will be securely stored to facilitate easy checkout during your next visit, eliminating the need to re-enter your card information.

We will never store or access your credit or debit card details.

10. Pricing and Additional Charges

Please note that all prices are exclusive of shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Special requests may incur additional charges.

11. Delivery Policy

Flower delivery is available from Monday to Sunday. Closed on public holidays.

To ensure fairness for all customers and maintain our operational efficiency, we are currently unable to provide specific delivery times.

While our team will always make every effort to ensure timely delivery for customers, we are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances affecting the availability of the courier services we use or any other reasons beyond our control.

We currently offer delivery services in selected areas of Malaysia. However, if the delivery location is too remote or cannot be accessed by our branches, we will contact you before the estimated delivery date to provide a full refund and cancel your order.

We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods at our discretion without prior notice.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the recipient is available at the address on the day of delivery. If our courier service is unable to locate the recipient after multiple attempts, or if the provided delivery details are incorrect (e.g., wrong address/contact name), we and our delivery partners will not be liable for the failed delivery.

If the recipient or sender requests to reschedule or change the delivery route, a re-delivery fee will be charged based on the delivery location. Rescheduling or changing the delivery route is subject to the next available time slot. As flowers and bouquets are perishable items, customers must notify us within 24 hours after the next action.

If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, resulting in undeliverable items, we will not be held responsible.

12. Return and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return and refund, you must report your situation within 24 hours of receiving the flowers and comply with our customer support team’s mandatory review and investigation process. The flowers must also remain in the same condition as when received. When submitting your report, please provide your order number, several photos of the defective product, and the reason for your return or refund request. In all other cases, it is the recipient's responsibility to care for the flowers after delivery.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Severe Weather Conditions

During severe weather conditions (including heavy rain, storms, typhoons, and floods), our delivery partners may be unable to deliver orders on time. This is beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for delays in order delivery. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds or re-delivery for affected orders due to severe weather.

13. Personal Information of Customers and Recipients

1. To ensure that we can communicate effectively with both customers and recipients, it is very important that you provide accurate personal information.

2. Please remember that we value your privacy and will never lease, rent or sell your private information. For more information, please see our privacy policy.

3. During the checkout process, we ask for the following personal information:

Customer's email address

We use this information to provide a better customer experience by sending order confirmations, substitution information, dispatch confirmations and delivery confirmations. We will also use the customer's email for marketing communications from time to time. Please ensure that email addresses are accurate.

Customer's full name and address

We use this information for credit and debit card validation.

Customer's telephone number

We use this information to contact customers in the event of problems with the order such as payment failures or delivery issues.

Recipient's full name, contact, and address

We require this information in order to deliver the flowers you have ordered. It is vital that the recipient's address and contact is accurate.


14. Order Delivery

Delivery Time: 10 AM to 7 PM

Same-Day Orders: Please place your order by 4 PM (subject to availability).

Evening Delivery: Available from 7 PM to 10 PM (subject to area availability).

Specific Time Delivery: We offer a specific time delivery service from 10 AM to 10 PM, available only in Johor Bahru. To ensure this service, you must place your order 36 hours in advance. The fee ranges from RM 80 to RM 100, depending on the delivery address. Please note that delivery times may be affected by traffic and other unforeseen factors.

Public Holidays: Closed.
